Failed to Initialize
Heya, so this game is impossible to run since the Rockstar Games launcher is broken. It always says "failed to initialize" when trying to launch the launcher, and when trying it via steam it says" please reinstall". It's been 11 days.

Install the launcher as a standalone from rockstar's website, then install the game through steam.

Unfortuntely, doing that results in the same error.
