The development of the game was abandoned very quickly by Rockstar, they had planned to implement what you just mentioned and much more but thank GTA:O for it being more profitable they decided to remove all RD:O support and move it completely to GTA:O and GTA6

With that attitude, you're going to keep suffering from whatever crappy state the game appears to be in free roam, from your perspective. What are you expecting, people to solve the problem for you?

Fishin and Crosszech gave you exactly all the info you'd need for a private lobby. Do a search on Google, and it will give you exactly what you need.

People having problems with the game should know that it's their problem; others are nice enough to take time and give info to help point you in the right direction, but you need to actively do the work.

it is the whole idea of this place that people helping other people you can say " go open a private lobby" yeah no ♥♥♥♥ ı figured that much you can atleast tell me how to open the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lobby, ı helped so many people on steam threads but when it comes to me ı only get self righteous ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Jacket, i dont play much anymore i never bothered with the work around of private lobbies. my wife and i played a lot together on regular lobbies and if we had trouble we'd just switch lobbies till we had one with no potential modders. a lot of modders wont bother you anyway. reason we dont play anymore concerns the bugs in the game like the stable bug, bugged quests, wagon summoning bug, and there are some others i cant remember. all those over time became hard to keep playing. some of the mods we hilarious though like the zombies one

Just for those also experiencing these issues, the bugs you mentioned are from game conflicts caused by having cheaters in the same lobby using cheat software. All of those issues are gone in a private lobby, after restarting the game and deleting game caches.
