Fuel Dump part 2
I sneaked up to dynamite, went back to fuel tank and whenever I try to plant dynamite - I get spotted and mission fails.
Is this a bug? What should I do?

Not sure if it's a bug but...

You have to kill all enemies including the ones outside the depot, so they won't hear the fuel tank explosion AFAIK.

Damn, how do I do that? There are 3 enemies on top of building, watching exactly each other. I can't kill them without the other side spotting me
