This game is designed to annoy you, not to please you. Prince of Persia 2 is much better than this game.

I tried to play this game twice but each time I came away shaking my head because the combat is so overwhelmingly difficult. At some point about 3 hours into the game I tried using cheats to restore my health because the boss fights were just an absolute nightmare and I kept having to restart the entire checkpoint. But even with cheats I just couldn't survive very well.

I find it weird because visually it's a massive improvement over the first game (which I gave a thumbs up) but the play style is clunky and unsatisfying. I found the climbing sections very frustrating and one wrong move and you sometimes have to do the entire section over again. It's just a miss for me. I suppose there was a time and a place when this game was great fun but not anymore.

Stylistically, I do love the vampire aesthetic and sexy costumes but it's not enough to overcome the clunk.
