If you were extremely adapted to doing things one handed, then sure it is also possible to WASD move via naga mapping, whilst also using the mouse movement to pan camera, and also mapping the other functions to the remaining naga buttons.
It really just depends on your adaptability to your hardware.
You could always start with a mechanically simpler souls game, as this one is a lot more fast-paced regarding combat and precise parrying, and see if you get on. Although perhaps this might be one of the cheapest entries compared to souls/sekiro/elden ring etc.
It's perfectly doable though, so just try it out and GIT GUD as they say :)
