TLDR: Another short sniping experience that tailors to as many gamers as possible while looking fantastic.

Pros:
- Difficulty options make this game not only replayable, but accessible to all gamers. The easiest difficulty will make crappy FPS players feel like BA snipers... while the more challenging difficulties convert the game into a full-on sniper simulator; factoring in gravity, wind, ballistics etc.
- A truly beautiful game. Gorgeous photo-realistic visuals
- Gritty combat is graphic but feels appropriate

Cons:
- This franchise has always been sparse on content...
- Some objective location ambiguity is frustrating on a first playthrough
- Weapon upgrade scaling is warped. You'll be starved of equipment for the first half of the game and have too much money by the end
- Challenges often feel completely unfair or "only-one-solution". You'll need to look things up on YouTube if you want to best many challenges.
- As per the series, throwaway story.

This game is way above my expectations, it had a few bad reviews but I found it in the sale so had a punt.
Graphically it is spot on, desert, dust and buildings all look how you would want, the strategy on the hardest level is tough, no running and gunning but there are times when you can just go nuts and empty a few clips to save your ass, but in general you do have to plot your moves and that is such fun when it pays off. You will get frustrated with dying a lot between saves but the autosave really does add to the atmosphere and how you play the game. You will quickly get used to being patient and outsmarting the enemy, if you don't, well it will even harder.
If you are a Sniper elite fan as I am, the game does transfer pretty well, it is modern weapons and I do like WW2 games but this works and is maybe a bit harder than SE4/5 so be prepared.
Would I recommend this game to others, absolutely yes but be warned that on the hardest level it is a real challenge but a very worthwhile challenge.

Final note... Use your binoculars often.

Brilliant Game , Challenging

I bought SGWC1&2 at the same time and never checked the launch dates. So having just played the second game I wasn't sure if this was supposed to be an "evolution" or just part 2. I enjoyed the game but didn't feel it has any improvements over the first so assumed that it was just 2 parts sold directly. Looking at the launch dates it seems this is wrong so I'm perhaps disappointed that the devs didn't fix any of the problems when creating the second one. The missions settings have some good design but it seems wasted. Parts are not used without good reason. Whilst the long shot contracts are nice some of them are rather simple. Without a reason to shoot everyone it seemed a case of do the contract and leave. Overall I found the game too easy even on so-called highest difficulty. The so-called AI is predictable and totally unintelligent. Whilst I love stealth and sniping, somehow this game didn't present much challenge. I only recommend this game if bought on sale.

total realistic sniper gameplay.

Played the first and got exited with the second, finished with a mixed feeling.
The first one has been a while but I remember getting sucked in cause how the story felt mysterious, and I enjoy sniping and stealth while the plot reveals itself more.
On this one, there's a story for you to move on but nothing really is about your character, which seems boring to me.

Overall, the game is still what it is, just not improved too much from what I remembered from the first one (might be wrong tbh but that's my impression)
- Sniper Rifles are a bit more option and mechanically designs but doesn't mean too much, you're going to rock the one or two you like afterall.
- Controls are better but still clunky and a bit weird.
- AI are better but sometimes it still doesn't make sense.
- Object have bad hitbox that it is showing it landed on the spot but still hits the box rather then the enemy behind it.
- Gadgets aren't that useful... imo. For example why can't I get my sniper machine buddy from resupply? Forget to retract it once and you'll say goodbye to it for the rest of the mission.
- Map design is OK I guess.
- Short game.
- Bugs, bugs ,bugs... and what's that? OH YES, ANOTHER BUG. Guess I gotta reload the last save.

That being said, the experience is still solid.
There aren't that many of sniper games of just generally fps these days so I do appreciate it and had some fun.
Grab it on sale and you wouldn't regret it I felt.

6/10 for me.
