“The Plant That Never Blooms” PO-KA:
Sometimes, on the store shelves, you’ll come across the plant that never blooms. It’s a shapeshifting plant: it takes the form of nearby herbs to blend in. You’ll never see the same one twice. However, after you’ve bought it, it will never bear fruit. It will remain permanently youthful, full of potential, yet stuck in a loop.
“The Double” PO-KA:
She is here. When you’re not looking. She takes a piece of you, all to herself. At first, it’s just a sock. A small spoon. A strand of hair. Then it’s your thoughts. Your memories. Your personality traits. Until they become her own. Until all that’s left of you, is all but a shell. But nobody notices.
“The Connection” PO-KA:
They only affect the restless and the lonely. Those who inhale their spores. Will abandon their jobs and homes. And set out on a journey. To find “themselves”, as they will claim before departing. Later, their bodies will be found, arranged in circles in the forest, with enormous fungi growing out of their eyelids reaching out to the sky above, connected at last.
