B12 never gets to see the outside, after coming all that way.
B12 never realizes that the Companions are also uploaded humans. (If you never realized, there are some definite tells in the Slums, but the dead giveaway is the robot in Antvillage just after B12 realizes they used to be human who mentions a certain smell bringing back memories... then remembering that they can't smell anything and they're not sure why they remember smells. Also, the Companion sitting in the chair next to the uploading pod in The Flat was clearly where B12 was trying to upload themselves to.)
The Outsiders are never shown to reunite - presumably they do, but showing that they rescue Momo from the Sewers and meet up again would be nice.
We never learn whether B12's family survived as Companions or not. Maybe a good thing, since B12 didn't make it, but still...
The guy whose name isn't important enough to remember who betrayed Clem never gets what he deserves.
Nothing about the more advanced Zerks deep in the Sewers or beneath the Rooftops area - we do see the sun popping the Zerks on the surface but we don't know anything about the higher-evolved ones besides they have eyes and control the lessers.
Blazer (the guy, whose name isn't worth remembering) would probably get, what he deserves from Clem, she's quite resourcesful. She came up with the whole plan involving the subway on her own, even counted with the battery, it just needed someone small and agile to go through with it, so probably had something in mind for Blazer after he betrayed us.
Regarding the Companions, I totally agree. The dead one sitting in B-12's flat is a dead giveaway, that B-12 meant to transfer there, but something went wrong and he stuck in the network.
Speaking of, it is implied, that B-12 survived, being again in the network, controlling the whole city now (the computer screen flicker at the end, right before the credits roll).
And about Zurks, the more advanced ones were only in the sewers, I haven't seen any eyes in that tall building with the antena, those were still the "lesser" Zurks (also killed by the sun when the roof opened). So the Zurk controlling the sewers might have survived, but they can only go out at night. And only the lesser ones, as the more advanced were immobile. Unlike when the city was closed and the Zurks were all out at all times. So in my opinion that's kinda advancement for the better. The sewers would probably be kept closed and Doc can always create a new Defluxor. He had that weapon ready in the Slums, but needed it tested, that's why he went outside the Slums. Now he knows the weapon works, he can simply create a new one and whenever they need to travel through Zurk infested areas (mostly the sewers), they can now.
The cat most likely reunites with his/her feline family. Sure it wasn't shown right away. But the exit was only few metres from the start point. And the cat snuffed in the air, likely caught scent of the others. There's a video, where a guy made a math about how far the cat went from their initial point (the place inside the wall, where the game begins) and took all the way back. It shows, that the exit was like 20 metres away, which is nothing for a dexterous feline creature. 20 metres from home, can you imagine that? So yea, the reunion likely happend, just wasn't explicitly shown. Or maybe they plan a Stray 2 game and the reunion ending would interfere, or something. For now the cats unofficially reunite, because the video of the math guy shows, that the cat's home is not far. Maybe if another game happens, we'll know for sure.
