[Spoilers] Is this a bug, I'm stuck inside of Doc's apartment.

Not sure if anyone else has run into this, and can't tell if this is a bug or if I'm blindly missing something.

I've repaired Doc's defluxor and he wants to leave the Slums now. I blasted the two little Zurks in the cage. But I don't see a way out. The window where I came in no longer allows me to jump onto it's ledge. There's an open door but with a small gate that cannot be jumped. The front door down stairs and locked shut. Doc is just standing there, I'm not able to speak or interact with him anymore. When I summon B12 to ask for help, she just says that we need to help Doc leave the slums.

Am I bugged or....?

Seems like a bug, I'd restart the checkpoint.

If you have the defluxor Doc should open a door for you. It leads over a bridge towards a big gate.

Should is the correct assumption.
Doc doesnt always do that. Sometimes he just stands there and you can no longer interact.

Happened on my end too, resetting to last save did it for me :)

Yep! Stuck there right now. Wanted to check I wasn't missing something before I reloaded the last checkpoint.

At this very point now and ran into the same thing. Loading the last checkpoint (which doesn't lose you any progress as it appears to be a checkpoint from when Doc should start moving) fixed it for me.
