To be clear, I have no buildings below zero quality, and I just want to move on with my festival, but since the tutorial is stuck, I'm afraid that I might miss a vital step. If someone could tell me what to do from here, that would be appreciated. I've already sold the early bird tickets.

There's a button in the game that says you can go to Discord for support. I tried that, but the only section I have permission to post in specifically says not to ask for game help there.

The zero quality buildings that pop up after you start your festival is the tents in the camping area you set up.

It's been awhile, but I'm pretty sure the next thing it tells you to do is to start your festival, so I think it's safe for you to skip this.
