Hi there, I can not select the start button with Windows MR controllers. It can be highlighted but pressing anything on the controller does nothing.

Hi!
As you can see on the VR compatibility section of the store page, currently the game is optimized for HTC, Oculus Rift S and Valve index devices. However, we will work to try and bring full compatibility to WMR devices in the near future.

Best regards!

NO SOUND..
I am getting no sound on the Rift S guys?
Looks like a great game though - I am tired of endless gun shooting.

In chapter1, in the room right after she exits the first vent, if she gets into the lower area right below your feet, your blink/view changes, then if she moves again, the blink/move puts you back into your original spot. Any direction other movement causes the blink/move, blink/move, wash, repeat. Had to exit the game to stop it.

Seems to be triggered by the "door is locked" notification?

(Using HTC Vive unit)

On my Vive, her movement is so touchy that slightly touching of the pad controller easily sends her over cliffs.
Any way to delay/??? her movement or separate turning direction from movement?

Thank you so much for your reports guys, it helps us a lot!

We are getting a few instances of issues at that same spot that you describe. We will check it out.

Are you using the original vive controllers or the cosmos ones? The trackpads of the old controllers can be tricky, we will try to increase the "no input" zone.

Does the issue still persist after restarting the game? Sometimes SteamVR or other apps can make the game to start running on the background so you can see the image but not hear it as the computer understands that it is minimized.

NO SOUND when launched from library page
If I hit play button from my Steam Library page (my normal way to run a game) then Rinlo starts with no sound whatsoever and no changes to config or options can sort this out.
I have to launch steam VR first and go to steam VR room then open game from there and then the sound comes on OK.
Bug behaviour is repeatable every single time. I nearly gave up on the demo untill I worked out the workaround.

Rift S
RTX 2060
B450 M/B
Ryzen 5 2600 @3.4G
24GB RAM

Hi _skip_
Thanks for your report. We'll look into it.
We already saw and answered the post you wrote yesterday about this same issue on the issues topic. I am moving this post there for tracking purposes.

Thanks!

hi!
The Demo works excellent under Linux via Proton/SteamPlay, but you have to install Microsoft Media Foundation for the intro video, which is complicated license-wise. It would be great if you would choose a different video codec, so it will be a seamless ootb experience for linux gamers!

I noticed that you keep thew glowing artifacts when you are cought by the (first) guard, but they respawn so you can craft more bombs as you should.

I hope you add other languages (subtitles) and "real grabbing" for index knuckles (even if you don't need it, it feels so much better :)).

Will buy the game for sure, it looks great!

Awesome! Thank for your comments. We'll check what's going on with the glowing materials and it's great to know that the game mostly works in Linux.
Thanks!

See my post above for workaround no sound on the Rift.

I'm not sure if this is a bug (or a feature) but whenever a scene changes, I'm (as a player) way in or above the ground and sometimes have to look around a lot to recognize where Agatha is :D

I also had some troubles whenever I (as the player, after pulling the lever) had to do something, then my frame rate was incredibly low, which was not nice to play at all. I gave up when I had to fill oil for the boat.

Otherwise: support for "real grabbing" as frostwork said would be nice. And I also (ab?)used the glowing materials respawn bug/feature ;)

Thank you for your message. Regarding the low fps, could you tell us your computer's specs (cpu, gpu and ram) and your headset brand, please? So far we've been having favorable results when running the game on machines that reach our minimum requirements and below, so it would be a great help for us to know your specs.
Regards!

Sure. CPU is Intel i7-4790, GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (minimum for VR), RAM = 24GB. As for the HMD, it's a Valve Index.
