Playing the demo, I died twice on the boss due to my mouse cursor going off screen and minimising the game. Does the full version have the ability to lock the cursor to screen?

Also:
1. Can you sell weapons in the full version? Are old weapons used for anything? (Upgrading newer ones or whatever) or trash them?

2. Is "The Update" out yet? I've seen many threads mentioning this.
