Fishing minigame impossible at fps
So my game is running at 300 fps even when I go into launch properties and change the max launch fps 60 but apparently that does nothing for the actual game. According to an old forum post I found someone discussing the problem I'm having, the fishing bar running out in 1 second, and they found it was due to high FPS/Hz. If anyone has a work around I'd appreciate it since I love this game and want to be able to get the most out of it.

Your hz needs to be set to 60fps on your monitor

That isn't always an option. I can see the monitor refreshing when it's set that low and I get a horrific headache trying to do anything on a computer for almost any length of time that way. The only time that refresh rate didn't injure me was when I still had a CRT monitor, but I'm fresh out of those these days...
