Report a translation problem
As for voids and gaps in wrecks, that sounds like you both might need to verify the game files via the Steam Library.
Beyond that, try turning off GPU Resident Drawer and GPU Occlusion Culling in the graphics options.
When the portal is closed, the game checks if there are any items in the portal area then they will be removed. Anything associated with the wrecks will be removed too. The problem is foundation grids and containers.
There is evidently no check for these in the portal area and so they persist. It is easy to see this if you mess around with the save data. Since all portal areas use the same area, then closing then creating a new one will result in foundation grids and containers staying in their exact locations as they were built at.
