Is there any plans to add 3'rd person shoulder swapping to the game? (Is there any mod out there that can achieve this?)

One of the best parts of 3'rd person shooters is the view perspective. Without being able to shoulder swap in 3'rd view I get these awkward moments where I'm staring into a wall for an angle. It really kills the immersion and fun of the game.

Please, I want to keep enjoying this game but not having this basic level of camera control is really hurting the experience.
