Little confused here. I clicked the button to sign up for OBT but didnt see anywhere to register for it.
Also, the I still have the CNT installed on my steam account. It just had an update today for some reason lol.

Dunno why the site to register is being relentlessly blocked by Malwarebytes

I can't even find where we would sign up for the OBt

But yeah, the register is probably for :

Why would the OBT players only get a item that involves buying the game? Dude this is not how you reward OBT players. Give us the keychain for free when the game releases. Why the hell would we need to pre-purchase it to get the item? it's not even a reward if it's locked behind buying something...

Either that, or Closed beta participants should of got it. either way, this way of getting it makes 0 sense.
