level 2 and 3 he gets a small dash which grabs players, and stabs them with his tail to allow them to gain 1/4 (1/3 at max) a bar back by sucking lifeforce. Deals a small/moderate ammount of damage to d-change.

I feel like EVERY raider should have a dash ability of some kind. Every Raider who doesn't just feels neutered in comparison.
