I can't scare the bird in episode 2 🤬

I'm talking about when you are on your way to find Drew's money, and you are outside of the dorms. You have to scare the bird away four times, so you can break the sprinkler and force Samuel to check it out, so you can run back to the white door and graffiti it.

Ye I cannot scare the bird, I cannot trigger the achievement, anyone else?

Go inside the door where Samuel is and you have to look at something first. I forget exactly what it is but you need to do it first.

So you need to go the dorm to find that you need the key, but you can't get the key because its near Samuel, once you got that CS you can then try to scare the bird to break the sprinklers that will allow you to graffiti the door as well as get the keys for the dorm.
