How to buy the Login Premium pass thing?
When the login bonus thing came up and asked me to buy the premium tier (it's $1, why not?) but saw it wanted me to pay in US$ and ask a British person I didn't want to be charged by my bank for non-national currency transactions, so I backed out of the transaction. This caused the game to acknowledge the transaction failed but softlocked the game, preventing controls from working requiring forcing it to shutdown via Steam. After logging back in there was no login bonus pop-up and I can't find where to buy the premium Login bonus tier thing.
Am I blind or something? Where is it?

Thanks. For some reason it's not part of the news ticker when you select anything other than the login one so I had to scroll to it on the main menu instead of in the news ticker.
