Not going to install this ♥♥♥♥ ever again, let it rot

I really wanted to like this game. But......I can't play it. Because it loads, says my account has been deleted and cannot be used. Then it reloads, says my account has been deleted and cannot be used. Reload, account deleted cannot be used, reload and repeat. Over and over and over. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if it just needed to completely restart. Nope. Still doesn't work. I emailed support about 2 weeks ago and have gotten ZERO response. So, money completely down the drain on a game that I can't play and can't get any help with. Don't waste your time or money on this game. You won't be able to play it anyway.

I love this game and the amount of crossover characters in it.
