PvP folk trying to ruin yet another PvE item. How typical. Why not just beg for them to be disabled in PvP and leave normal people alone?

This thread is so 2022, OP.....As some legends already posted the Starlight shards got updated in Shadow of the Erdtree with lulling branches, good enough and farmable with a little patience.

I updated it with the nectarblood burgeon farming spot, rarest mat required to craft the branches.

Be careful with the sleep build up if you have little focus (specially during PVP).

me? pvp? if you're talking about me youre abolutely wrong in that, I'm more into PVE and coop than pvp.

I just don't like these kinds of limited items, Its a cool item but i never use it because I keep saving it forever,

I also told about buffing the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman, I think the talisman should be stronger than a consumable, but not in a broken way, thats why I recomended a little bit of nerf in return

maybe youre right, I just wish these items weren't limited, its a shame that you can only get them in NG per NG, i dislike doing NG since it deletes some of the progress and graces etc,

The blue knife talisman that recovers FP on crits is a good way to recover FP outside of bosses if you can reliably get crits (which is generally not that hard to do with most play styles).
It obviously is less interesting on bosses since most bosses only give crits on poise-breaking, and that happens at best a few times per fight, but it is really good in dungeons (since you don't recover flask uses like in the open world areas).
It pairs well with the red one that replenishes health on crits as well, even more so if you are good at parries or have a good setup for poise-breaking enemies (with a shield or not).

I am bringing this out because unlike the FP over time it allows you to stay active, even if it might not replenish as much as waiting in a corner.

I just want to farm larval tears instead of backing up saves.

I don't think I've ever used a consumable that wasn't my flasks, or runes.
