Help my frenzied eyes and fingermarks are gone
I waned to change my guy in character creation and now my yellow eyes and scars are gone , the three fingers are long gone ,so I cant get clasped again , can I get them back in any way avoiding ng++?

The on/off toggle for both of those is in character creation.

You can access character creation in roundtable hold at the mirror in the room with Deathbed Fia.
You can also access character creation at Rennala Queen of the Full Moon anytime after you defeat her.
