Mass Effect Multiplayer (both ME3 and MEA), do not have a dedicated coop server. Their EA server, which is used for many other games, is only used for friend lists, account update, and searching for games. But the match servers are the player hosts.

MEA coop is alive. But how healthy is a subject on its own. I know that on PC there are some search problems, that players cannot find you even if you are hosting lobby alone, because search functions got broken in one of EA app updates last year. Thus people find each other via discord and friendlist invites to the lobby.

Ah i see, thats quite unfortunate since the MP side is quite interesting. Thanks for the info though, i think i'm gonna grab it later just for the SP then.

The mp never really was a big hit it has a small dedicated group of fans I'm sure but not big enough to be worth putting resources into.

Had no problems with finding the full lobbys for bronze and silver matches.

Yep, still alive. We see an influx of newbies whenever a steam sale rolls around and a lot of oldies still drop in to complete daily playable strike team missions and prestige challenges.

Best time to find a lobby is around 0:00 GMT (19:00 EST/16:00 PST) when daily challenges (and platinum strike team missions) reset
