Many languages have grammatical genders. English does not. To see English-speaking kids obsess over pronouns is cute.

You should just shut up and be glad that in English the moon is not a female word. All you have to lose are the last of the genders in the English language.

I did not such thing, most people never try to say why activism or messages or even politics in gaming is even bad.
They always end up screaming about some woke agenda and never more. Forgetting that games do have messages in them since long time ago, it's nothing new but suddenly everyone starts to think it some new thing.

Andromeda is considered Mass Effect 4 now.

Are you saying that you do agree that activism is in gaming and it's good depending on how it's delivered like any medium ever?

There is certainly activism in the gaming industry, and games can carry cultural, social, and political messages of all kinds. From homosexuality, transsexuality, and veganism, religion, to mental health & disorders, and obesity. The message is not always positive but can be negative, too, like the bad guys being fat or from Eastern countries.

There is no denying the gaming industry has profited from various stereotypes, cultural preferences, and prejudices to motivate players and increase sales. Most players will not be aware of this, because it has been only a game to them. They walk away from it, not giving it a second thought. The same is true for the movie industry.

Now there is a new generation of people who want to change these messages regardless of whether it is in a game or in a movie. They want intelligent games (and movies) and I believe it is a good trend. If the new messages are then well done then it makes for better games.
