Why does a promotional art of this game a rip off of Bastet by houtengeki?

looks exactly like the one drawn by houtengeki only that head changed which you can see its a completely different style altogether and is mirrored from the original here.

100% Ripped off. I overlayed them on photoshop with a 50% transparency. The only thing that changed was some bangles, 1 leg's position, the head, and a gradient scale shift.

I'll avoid this scam of a game.
