Can't earn NFS Heat last achievement

Hey all, I just completed Nfs Heat 99% but can't earn the last 'Consider Yourself Noticed' achievement. I mean hows that possible that I've completed the whole game but has'nt completed Chapter 2. If anyone can help and willing to trade its cards

yo try quitting your steam account and verifying game files thru steam

try logging out and logging in ea account

e-girl (male) has Need for Speed™ Heat

if it missed the trigger to unlock the achievement id just download steam achievement manager and do it yourself, the only other way i could see of doing this is restarting the story entirely
