Steam deck unsupported?

Anyone played this on the deck? I'm wondering what does/not work in the game

It doesn't work out of the box.

The game needs specific DLLs that can be applied and downloaded through the app "protontricks", usage and download of protontricks is mostly easy but may need the execution of one terminal/console command (needed to see games that are not installed on the internal ssd)
That one thing may stop users that do not know what a console/terminal command is.

The needed DLLs are the following.
d3dcompiler_47
d3dx11_43

When the DLLs are installed, the game works flawlessly.

Tried this, the game runs mostly fine. One graphical glitch though: the number of balloons needed to purchase upgrades shows up as a six or so digit overlay number in orange font instead of the regular black. Anyone else seeing a similar issue?
