Looking around using a mouse, xbox one controller or dual shock 4 controller (all wired) is extremely inconsistent for me. Looking up, down, left, right or diagonally can be normal, slow or very slow at random times for no apparent reason. Any other controls or movement are working as they should, just happens when looking around.

Framerate is stable and moving jumping or shooting doesn't get slowed down. I'm not using extra controllers software, neither steam controller settings.
Any one having the same problem or is this on my side only?
