А вы действительно добавили новые предметы и комнаты,? видел найтмэйер режим, изменённые текстуры, меньше темноты и всё. Новых предметов и комнат не видел

The update today adds Nightmare mode to the game. Looks like Steam automatically republished the old changelog

Nightmare mode is the biggest new feature, yes. There are no new areas, items, weapons, etc. The sewer and some furniture got retextured, and the crowbar's location got shifted around on one of the item location presets. Everything else seems the same as before.
(Also the game now uses IL2CPP as a backend, but that wouldn't matter to a regular user)
