But!

I really liked the game. I think the mechanics were interesting and very unique. Easy to play, hard to master. The main problem wasn't the concept of the game, but rather the lack of a large playerbase, which is a requirement for 2vs2vs2vs2 to work. Maybe starting with a PvE concept, then transition to a PvP concept, once the company has some reputation and a bare minimum of a playerbase could have worked better. Finding real human teammates and opponents is important, for community building and retaining a playerbase in a game built around PvP . Also, the battle pass (resembling p2w) in such a game is very off-putting. PvP does not mesh well with pay to win. I am sure, it is possible to market such a game in a way that allows to have an even playing field.
