I completed the game twice and am not getting any achievements for saving all 3 children and escaping, reading all fragments, eating the ramen, getting killed by the gator, and getting all 3 items from the vending machine :( will this be fixed? is it just me?...

After dying on purpose about 10 times and getting bored, I googled around and saw people saying there's a translation error and the achievement is supposed to be awarded not for dying a lot, but for taking a lot of damage in a single playthrough. Now, I've got my health down to "DANGER" three times, healed three times with health drink, first aid kit and ramen and then took more damage until it killed me, but the achievement didn't pop up. I have played through this game multiple times, and attempted to get the last two achievements, Killing Yuki Onna and finishing the game without ever being hit by Yuki Onna. I did both of those things, and no achievements popped.
