So I started a new char again in hopes I´ll have a char with 8 perk points in ng+, but for some reason the resistance crystals are missing in the handlers craftig inventory. I cannot build any resist crystals like eg 200 Techno resist, but I am already at 80% handler on mk4 gear with the tier 2 crystals. Are there like crystal recipes I need to collect somewhere? I do not understand what I have done differently this time....
