I noticed that when you get a natural 20 you get special and somewhat funny outcomes, is there a way to edit the chance of a natural 20 to happen?

How long is this game?

Is it seriously as grindy and RNG dependant as it sounds? 1000 times seems insane! I only end up doing 100-200 a bad playthrough... My strategy has been to play on Very Hard with all the randomization turned on and avoiding all training of my stats. And praying I fail everything to keep redoing chapters. Is this really the best way? Or does anyone know a specific build or something that can help me get this achievement?...

Can you get Steam Achievements on New Game Plus? I know you can't use the cheats and get achievements, but does this also apply to subsequent plays?
