It got the best new user experience out of all their games with informative tooltips can't get easier to learn a Paradox game than this one. I also think (based on streams) that the Tutorial is more informative and better but havent played it so can't say for certain.

But the best way to learn imo is trial and error. That's how I personally learned all their games as I don't have the patience for tutorials especially video tutorials.

I haven't watched his videos on CK3 yet, but DasTactic is generally very good at explaining the games that he plays and his thought process behind his decisions while playing. I assume he does similar in his new CK3 series.

I think Stellaris is still the one I like more for sit down gameplay, but as an avid TTRPG player, this one and its RNG seems to offer lots for story.

This one has good tutorial that will teach you the basics.
dastactic
They aren't as intimidating as they look at first, but the problem is that if you try to start on EU4 now, for example, the ingame tutorial will be nearly useless due to how much the game changed over the years.

CK3 is a better starting point. Or Stellaris maybe.

CK3 is the most accessible introduction into Paradox games by far.

Paradox games are very good at the "easy to start, hard to master" -thing. The in-depth knowledge comes afterwards.
