oh i just checked and yes i am in one of them, but how can that be possible ? i still can purchase god of war 2018 despite it realease 2 years later from the release of horizon

that sucks, but since it's delisted to force Remastered as the only for-sale edition, you're down to 2 options. get it on GoG or some other digital platform that will sell this version without the PSN requirement, or if you really want it on Steam, look for 3rd party key sellers for HZD Complete Edition... for example. https://gg.deals/game/horizon-zero-dawn-complete-edition/#
