Then simply please go post this upon the Horizon Zero Dawn: Remastered (HZD:R)'s Steam forums section instead of here, which are the original game's ones. :steamfacepalm:

Many of us, probably most of the steady and newer members of the original Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition (HZD:CE)'s, many upon a PC and not upon a PlayStation (PS) console, didn't want a "remaster" with a forceful PS Network DRM forceful account creation just to play what was a Single Player game without internet connection (apart the occasional Steam's cloud saves). :steamfacepalm:
The 10€ to upgrade were never the actual issue, but rather that utter tripe DRM like site is.

Secondly, the HZD:R isn't available to all around the world (upon PC at least) due to that poorly implemented PS Network[steamdb.info]. 'Exquisite job' with this one too, Sony / PS Publishing LLC.

Thirdly, if you cared to read the current HZD:R's EULA for the European Union area[research.playstation.com] (probably amidst quite a few others), you would soon notice that it goes against the EU's Personal Information Data handling law. :CowPoop:
Heck, it was that change in EULA which reflected upon the original HZD:CE that made me e-mail Sony demanding for all my personal information data to be deleted from their servers and also to e-mail me back a confirmation when they've done it. And I'll insist upon that key every week right after my initial e-mail for that subject was sent towards their end. :baa:

Now please go enjoy that 10€ upgrade 'godly gift' someplace else, because if it was flame bait bonfire material it failed soundly. :steambored:

P.S. - And before any "Cpt. Obviuous" comes to the rescue, I've already reported this thread asking for move into the way more suiting HZD:R forums sections, but couldn't let slide by without pointing most of its low etchical incongruences for all getting it to know what they've, nigh blindly, acquired. :winter2019tiredbulb:
Great game for 10 bucks.

The game is excellent and worth the 10 bucks for the upgrade.

I just bought the upgrade but I'm not sure of my save files from the original will be accessible. I only played like 30% of the original game but now I don't wanna replay all that in the remastered version. I just wish that I can start the Remaster exactly from where I left in the original game

No. based on this YouTube video it looks the same as the original. BTW: the physics are still not fixed so all slides together (best to check looking at Rost’s cape).

BTW: when you guys play the remaster and have agreed to the EULA then my recommendation is to block HZD’s exe by the firewall (all ports, all traffic).

Check (this is just a small example) what Sony will make if you do not block them:
• Informationen darüber, wie Sie die installierte Software auf Ihrem Gerät nutzen (auch offline), beispielsweise das Datum und die Uhrzeit der Nutzung, welche Spiele Sie spielen, welche Musik Sie hören, welche Inhalte Sie suchen, teilen oder herunterladen, auf welche Dienste Sie zugreifen und wie lange und wie oft Sie Chat- und andere Kommunikationsanwendungen nutzen.

(it’s copied from the data privacy policy of PSN Accounts …translate by google or ChatGPT if needed)

I'd also advise to do similar to your HZD:CE because PlayStation Publishing LLC took the cheap shot chance to the original game upon their current's EULA for the EU zone[research.playstation.com].
And the 'naysayers' still keep telling me that that PlayStation Network DRM's utter tripe site isn't the real issue. :steamfacepalm:

So sorry to tell you all, but I enjoy whatever I can to keep my gaming's e-persona personal information data out of reach form all those greedy companies that currently don't even bother to check the current laws for certain regions of the globe before trying to push their f0rking data mining agenda to make you mindless consumers instead of the current players/customers "status quo".
And even if for more than 2 decades I've always had a personal e-mail and a different one for the gaming to protect my privacy, it's not going to be upon today's society's wrongly dichotomized and certain abuses of privacy try to go unchecked that I'm going to relax and change what has been my "modus operandi" for quite some time now. :baa:
