so many people are crying about the terms of service on the old copy now for data
so many people are crying about the terms of service on the old copy now
this day and age your data is out there
if you ever downloaded something you technically agree to this kind of ♥♥♥♥ already
this game shouldn't be getting bad reviews
most of the reviews are mentioning all I need an account but you don't for this copy
if you downloaded anything on your phone you agree to their terms of service and
most that every terms of service has data collection when you buy a new phone you agree to it Apple and Android does it Windows Xbox everything does it

The real issue is that PlayStation Publishing LLC is also enforcing their current EULA into the original HZD:CE[research.playstation.com]. And that that EULA isn't abbiding the EU's "General Data Protection" and "Personal Data Information" Laws[commission.europa.eu].

So sorry, but I'm afraid that I can't get it any more crystal clearer than that. And if you're still having issues to grasp the obvious and conceding why that is happening, then it is clearly an you Sony blind groupie / employee issue. :baa:

Refusal to see the facts, acknowledge the obvious and concede when you're not right simply shows that you're either 'IQ challenged' to understand those or that you're running someone else's bidding or your personal missguiding agenda. Either way, it's simply trying to fool people around instead of being factually debating what the(ose) issue(s) really is(are). :steambored:

Isn't our data out there enough already ? Why would anyone want to continue to put their personal data out to yet another company when they have the ability to say no because its not worth it to them. Makes no difference why we have agreed to data collection in the past, this a luxury item, just a toy to pass time and clearly not worth any sort of risk or inconvenience to a lot of people. As for inclusion in the reviews, who cares ? They are easy enough to bypass if its actually a thing for someone. Bad reviews seem to be pretty good way to get the point across.

The existence of other people's spyware does not justify Sony adding yet more spyware, especially since we are paying a premium to buy their game.

Aside from providing yet another vector for cyberattacks and data breaches, this rubbish wastes MY drive space, internet bandwidth, and cpu resources and adds no value whatsoever to this single player game. Sony doesn't need it, shouldn't have it, and that alone should be a good and sufficient reason for players to be angry.
