If I could, I'd give this game a neutral rating. The graphics, music and sound effects were very well done. I loved the outside areas and everything looked pretty neat. What I disliked were a few of these labyrinth chase sequences. The creature design wasn't that great and some of the voice acting from the ghosts wasn't great either. The singing of the mother inside the house was terrifying though.

As I said, I'd easily give the game a neutral rating but in case of doubt, I'll choose the positive one. It's nothing over the top but it's not a bad horror game either. I'm looking foward to see this dev's take on an open world game with survival aspects though so I wishlisted their other product, hoping that they'll pick up some of the positive effects of Horror Story Hallowseed in their next game.
