I don't think them spawning with a spot in mind is bad, as it makes things easier from a programming standpoint. However, duplicate assignments need to prevented. Alternatively, the issue may be that sometimes, when a car takes a spot, it fails to flag it as occupied. Either way, it's an annoying bug that costs significant income. A fix would be amazing.
I have all 4 as well. thing is, everything will be going along swimmingly and activity will come to a complete stop. I look around and sure enough, a car is sitting there beeping at another car in a parking spot. Every spot in the lot might be open, but they want that one, and it puts a line throughout the entire parking lot stopping everything. There is no business being conducted inside, nor anywhere else at this point, and it typically happens while i'm at the airstrip.
This is exactly what I meant, yes. Its very annoying. Doesn't happen all the time but when you don't notice it early you basically miss out on a lotta money.
