I was editing the bedrooms of the first b&b to get a higher prestige but when I exited the construction menu I noticed beds started having the red footsteps icon above them even if nothing else indicates they're being obstructed. Fiddling with the construction menu also doesn't make the icon disappear and guests don't seem to be able to sleep at night... I don't know if they're really obstructed because there hasn't been a warning of any kind but the icon just doesn't disappear even after closing and reopening the game
