Still Remastering?
I played this briefly in 2022 when I saw Josh Strife Hayes review it. It was actually really charming, but obviously janky to the point of not being able to walk through doors. I stopped playing fairly quickly.

There was gossip about a full remaster/remake/rerelease. Is there any news I've missed on that in the past 2 years?

They've done a couple of twitch streams on it in the last year. But, still no idea of a release time.

You have a better chance of winning a lottery ticket then getting a remaster out of LO.
As it stands once there done fixing apb they will start FE, and boy oh boy are they taking there time dragging there asses across that carpet

Yes the game is being fully remastered an is schedule for a Q4 2025 release here is the ful article just updated at MassivelyOP .. seems they are a long way through the backend development and now moving to the front end graphic changes https://massivelyop.com/2024/10/11/fallen-earth-remakes-new-unity-servers-are-quite-far-along-as-devs-target-launch-for-q4-2025/

Exciting. I'll definitely give that a go, provided I get an Oceania server. But Fallen Earth Classic is busted, as good as it was.

play it for the challenge, the thrill of a hardcore mmo! And the appreciation of old tech that once was in the now.

hey. Got 5 second attention span. Not returning any time soon. Not a big MMO player either. Time sink and subs are yucky lol
Played some Brighter Shores recently, and also OSRS for about 10 hours. Pretty good. Life goes on.

Ahh okay. Ill have to check those out. you should try RIFT, it may not be your cup of tea but maybe a half an hour and no subs.
