I bought the full set of expansions so that I could play on both my computer and portable devices, depending on my location. And for several weeks it worked, though occasionally I'd have to go online to "refresh" that I'd bought them (would last at least a week, often longer), and then they'd be good to go.

But as of this week, it's not recognising that I've purchased the expansions on those portable devices. I've tried being online, checking for Updates, etc. But it's just showing that all expansions are locked.
