There seems to be a bug affecting only some players(?) that is causing certain expansions to be exclusively used in Online Matchmaking. This has been mentioned in several posts by different users (see below), and seems to always include cards from Intrigue and occasionally from other expansions as well.

My Observed behavior:
I do not currently own any expansions, only the Base Game and a couple of Promo cards. Since the February 5th update, 100% of the games I have joined through the Matchmake option have included cards from either Intrigue or Seaside or both. I would estimate that 70% of the kingdom cards I see in Online play are from Intrigue, 20% are from Seaside, and only 10% are Base Game. This persists despite the preference settings I choose.

*Note - I cannot explicitly exclude these cards, since I don't own the expansions, and I only seem to be able to choose preferences for cards I own.

At first, I thought it was random luck, and that I was just getting paired with players with these expansions. However, at this point I would estimate that I've played/started close to 500 Online matches, and am confident stating that a bug is happening either in the card choosing logic or in the matchmaking logic.
