What was the update?

Hello i just discover this masterpiece but when i want play online i can't host or find game he tell me "failed"

A friend tried to join my online lobby and the invite would not do anything for him. He made a lobby and I couldn't join him either. We both made our lobbies by going Arena ---> Encounters ---> Online ---> Inviting through steam overlay. Are the servers down for maintenance atm? Other than that; great game :)...

Can't figure it out. Please help.

can i change factions for the campaign and arena and stuff? i feel kind of basic wearing all white all the time
