Changing PC time works. Just got the achievement.

Edit PC time manually. It worked for me

That's how I did the achievement:

Step 1: Set time automatically switch to turn On.
Step 2: Plant all Peach seeds (It' Peach/Pink/Peach/Pink/Peach for Moonflower).
Step 3: Save your game.
Step 4: Plant all Pink Seeds.
Step 5: Set time automatically switch to turn Off. Change PC time manually forward on 24 hours. Don't need to close the game, leave village, come back and check on flowers.
Step 6: If there is a White flower, harvest. If not reload save and repeat from step 4 and 5.

If you don't want to go through all that, you can use the GAMEDATA Editor tool[acurisu.github.io] to give yourself a White Moonflower Seed. Plant it and wait, you will get the achievement as soon as you harvest the flower.
