Part 4 achievement not popping

anyone encounter this problem? how to solve it?

use SAM if its bugged out or reload a manual save from chapter 3 and redo it

There's a feeling of dissatisfaction and reget if i'm using SAM so i think i won't use it again, and redo one whole chapter would be so tedious. Guess i will do it in my legend playthru.

I just wonder how come something like that happen, i've never encountered this kind of bug before.

its not a game bug, its steam thats causing the issue
