Absurdly long loading times on an SSD?
Is it normal for the loading times to be really long in this game compared to the other ones?
I just finished Y3 and don't remember any of the load times lasting more than maybe a second, while in Y4, exiting a shop back into Kamurocho can frequently take up to 10 seconds.
I'm running the Silent Patch and the Hiroki Narimiya Restoration Patch, but I haven't found any mentions of either increasing the game's loading times.

I'm running without 3rd party patches on a hdd and load times are very slightly longer than 3, but nowhere near 10 seconds.

How's the performance? I managed to get Y3 to run at a consistent 60fps with the Silent patch, but Y4 seems to hitch constantly, dropping to 55 fps almost constantly

I have no idea why, but for some reason, turning off Anti-aliasing and manually capping the framerate to 60 fixed both the loading times and the framerate...
strange i have fast loading but i don't use ssd

It does run at a constant 60fps for me as did Yakuza 3, but I am running it at 30fps as that seems to fix the infinite load on entering clubs bug for me.

That fixed it for me, thank you!
No issue with loading times but as mentioned already, for some reason AA is a real FPS Killer on this engine.

And SSAO. But the former titles had that issue already and my 2080 went vacuum cleaner all the time and I was like "What is it boy? What did you see?"

Common issue it seems however :D
