-Fixed a crash that may occur when the source of card cannot be determined
-Fixed a crash related to files card
-Fixed clipper may prevent the system from shutdown
-When the main window is at the top, loading the card content will no longer hide the main window

Added a startup option:
(Background Mode) Launch Cliper Without Steam
Cliper will run independently of the steam environment if you start with this option

Some sugestions

I like your tool, but i have some sugestions, that would make it more fun to use for me.

- Fix the start without Steam option, make it a option in the settings, that way i would not even have to start Steam to use it and i could start it from desktop. As soon as i close Steam, the tool closes too. I can't use a tool that needs Steam client to run. - when i click on the history window, in the taskbar, it really should minimize to taskbar - i can't use mousewheel in the history main window...
