Weird Audio Bug When Walking Around
I have this issue where I get a weird audio glitch / bug where whenever I'm just walking around it has crazy loud street sounds that feel dialed up to 11/10. And what I mean is it only happens when I'm moving V. If I stand completely still, it goes away and the game sounds normal. This occurs when Im inside buildings too. I often hear the "walk, walk, walk" plus beeping sound effect that plays when you're at a crosswalk but I will be inside a building during an important story moment. And again, the moment I stop moving it goes away. Sometimes its just ambient street sounds like cars driving and whatnot but I'll be inside...

Its incredibly frustrating. Has anyone else experienced it and if so, did you find a fix?

I'm just replying to say I've got the same thing. It's like certain sounds only start playing when a movement key is pressed or the camera is moved, and sometimes random sound effects or background noise gets stuck and get infinitely repeated.

I have this same issue. It's pissing me off so much. I've wasted 2 hours trying to fix it and still nothing.

It seems to only happen to me when I'm in or near the default apartment.

I made a post on reddit about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/LowSodiumCyberpunk/comments/179aann/bug_certain_background_sounds_and_ambience_play/

I also made a reddit post about it lol and I also fixed it. I think 2.01 actually fixed it on its own. However, I recently did a complete purge of all mods and mod files and then completely reinstalled game and I haven't had the bug anymore. I truly think it was fixed prior to this tho. I was messing with mods for a different bug but never had any mods that I think would affect sounds like that? (traffic, driving, metro, etc). Regardless, its fixed for me now.

Interesting. I am playing on 2.01 but the problem persisted until I removed the Metro System mod.

Hmmm this could possible be it.. i'll uninstall it myself and report back.

Edit: It's 100% this. Just uninstalled it and the noise has gone. Thanks @Kapten Teo

I had that same bug just now and restarting the game fixed it for me. Just hope it doesn't come back.
Hi did anyone ever find a fix for this? I'm having the same issue but I don't have metro system installed and have uninstalled all other mods that may affect the metro system. it only happens whenever I step on to the street of h10 apartment. and disappears whenever I go up or down any stairs leaving the area. It's like the ambient noise is amplified to a 1000%.
