I personally want more romance options and more things to do with romance partner(s), such as going to bars/restaurants, sightseeing, activities/events with romance partners, etc.
I doubt they would sell much with the same things all over again!
(I know you probably didn't mean the exact same story and missions and such, but couldn't resist )
It will be interesting to see, whatever they come up with! They have made some good games so far. And they will use UE5 engine, if I've understood it correctly, which sounds good.
1. If Lifepaths are used (I think they will be) I want to see them give us a different experience of the game in each one. Unique fixers, unique side jobs, unique relationships, unique prizes and loot drops, unique clothing, unique enemies, etc. They don't have to be really extensive, but they should be enough to make replaying the game a very worthwhile thing to do. CDPR did a little of this in the current game (hi there, Kirk!), but I want more.
2. Less repetitive soundtrack and voice acting for background and secondary NPCs. After playing through the game many times, I'm _really_ tired of enemy NPCs using the same catch-phrases (I AM the chupacabra! My favourite colour is BLOOD RED). I'm really tired of hearing Regina Jones' voice all over the place. Mix it up, change it up please, CDPR. Giving each gang a combat musical theme is okay, but again, it could be better.
3. Better timing between parts of side quests. I've learned to ignore the major NPCs that call you up in a panic and say 'don't make me wait', when in fact you can take as much time as you want in nearly every case, Also, there are 'text messages' where a character initiates a convo basically describing what they've done for the last week....except you saw them just a few minutes ago. I'm not one who whines about 'breaking immersion' a lot...but it's really kind of sloppy work. Some side quests have definite triggers, maybe some of these little things could have triggers that space them out. I'm particularly annoyed by the Happy Together quest (the cops, Barry, Andrew) that starts at the beginning of Act 2 before V (ie. the player) has any idea what a columbarium is or has even made it out of Watson.
4. Also... While I don't want to play this game in 3rd person, I would REALLY appreciate more chances to see the character we create and clothe. There are plenty of places (at least in the current game) where V just sits and talks to somebody. Why not give us a 3rd person view of those moments? If they can do that for motorcycle riding, why not for standing/sitting talking?
I just want to see netrunning the way William Gibson describes it in Count Zero.

Granted these are currently gameplay videos that's been reimagined by the AI, but I'm hoping that soon at least one game will be able to match this level of fidelity. Visually, this is what I'd like to see from Cyberpunk Orion.
Outside of that, if CDPR add more interactivity and side activities to Cyberpunk Orion, then that'll be good enough for me. Take what Cyberpunk 2077 did well and add to it, imo. I'm not concerned about the story, since that's not exactly a issue for CDPR, however it's the rest of the game that I'm going to be concerned about.
As far as repetitive vocalization for background NPCs, that'd necessitate more VAs as well as more lines. An expensive ask, but not outside the realm of probability.
As far as the timing of game continuity, I would appreciate more consistent continuity that would both reflect and impact player agency and downtime. This could even lead into making romance a more long-term and organic part of how the player interacts with NPCs and the world, especially if more activities could be done with romance partners (And not just as a payoff for romance, but as a means of building up romance relationships).
And being able to switch between 1st and 3rd person whenever, so that i can ogle my character, lol.
Also, exactly what the person above me said.
Not several flavours of arm blades. I mean implanted guns.
Like at phantom liberty, one thing i really hated is they ignored all player choice at 2077 and force their story to you...
